A refund for any PNR/Itinerary Receipt must be made within one year of the date of travel.
Currency- Charges & fares are payable in any currency perfect to the carrier. When payment is made in any currency apart from the currency wherein the fare is published, such price will be made at the price of exchange established according to Carriers/Credit Card Companies/ Banking rules. These rules can even apply to tickets bought and refunds processed.

Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.
Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.
1.Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Only available if our Travel Suppliers fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a no show (most no show bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
2.Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline Refunds/Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.
3.Special Services All Special Services are on a request basis ONLY and are subject to each airline's review and approval process along with their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.
Name Misspelling: Passengers name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government ID.
Visa/Passport: A Visa/Passport decline letter is normally required in order to process a request.
Baggage: Please retain all receipts and baggage tags.
No- Show: Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required.
Denied Boarding: Documentation as why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required.
Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets reflecting exact identical itineraries booked with us will be required in order to process a refund request.

Credit card authorization/ Verification
At In order to avoid any fraudulent transaction against the company and the actual card holder we may request you to provide a photo id for billing address verification and an authorization form in which the card holder duly fills in the payment information and signs the document to authorize a payment transaction. In some extreme cases where we doubt the fraudulent transaction we may ask you to share front copy of card (with last 4 digits hidden/masked) & back copy of card (with CVV hidden/masked).

The reason to ask for above information could be one out of ( but not limited to ) – 3rd party transaction, High volume transactions, Urgent travel or travel within certain number of days ( varies from booking to booking ) , Cards not issued in United states or High risk transactions ( a destination with a historic trend of fraud transactions ). Another reason could be that sometimes our automatic payments authenticator is not able to verify all information provided and hence we need more information to verify the authenticity of the credit card.
This is done in order to safeguard the credit card holder and to avoid any fraudulent transaction against the company.
Please note that you always have the right to cancel the reservation in case you do not wish to send the documents. There will be no service charges or fee deducted for cancellation in such a scenario.
